Our leadership team brings complementary strengths to the company’s strategy and execution. CEO and Co Founder Ryan Johnston leverages his background in finance and natural resources to guide long term growth with a strong focus on governance, safety, and value creation. COO and Co Founder Meg Annand leads operational strategy, manufacturing scale up, and global distribution with disciplined, data driven execution built on more than 15 years of experience managing complex cross functional programs. Co Founder Justin Martin, a United States military veteran and aviation enthusiast, led the aerodynamic design and structural development of multiple UAV systems, helping establish the performance foundation of our platforms and custom solutions.
